Notice is hereby given that on 29 November 2017 a Petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by (First) Alfred Alastair Gordon, residing at Gaudiedale Farm, Premnay, Insch, Aberdeenshire, AB52 6QH and (Second) Gordon Investments Limited, Riversleigh, 9 Kilwinning Road, Irvine, Ayrshire, KA12 8RR (“Petitioners”) seeking inter alia an Order that Unity Partnership LLP, having its registered office at Riversleigh, 9 Kilwinning Road, Irvine, Ayrshire, KA12 8RR (“the LLP”) be wound up by the Court and that joint interim liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 29 November 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; and eo die appointed Kenneth Robert Craig, Chartered Accountant and licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo, licensed Insolvency Practitioner, both of Begbies Traynor, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP to be joint provisional liquidators of the LLP with the powers specified in Part II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, of which Notice is hereby given: Michael Paul McGrath, Solicitor, Dentons UKMEA LLP, 1 George Square, Glasgow G2 1AL, Agent for Petitioners.
