LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT TJXUK hasappliedtoBarnet Borough Council on 23rd November 2017 forthe grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Homesense,Unit B Staples Corner Retail Park, London NW2 6LW forthe sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises only, on Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 18:00 as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Department Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London, N20 0EJ to
be received by no later than 21st December 2017 stating the grounds for making sad representation. The register and a record of the applicationcan be inspected on
the Council's website www.barnet.gov uk or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours. It is an offence,under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
