The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building

Application No: 2017/31627 Proposal: Full Planning-Proposed single story extension to the north elevation of the Church, improvements to the existing track, surfacing and modification of the existing informal area of parking at the northern end of the track, and provision for new level access across the churchyard. The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
