Dauntsey's School - Premises Licence

Licensing Act 2003

Dauntsey's School is applying to vary their current Premises Licence to include the newly built Pavilion.

The variation, if granted, will enable the same activities which currently take place in other venues throughout the school.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER.

Representation may be made up to 28 days from the date of this Notice.

A copy of the application for the variation to the Premises Licence is kept by Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER.

The application can be viewed by prior appointment.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
