Notice is hereby given that I have applied to St Helens Council for Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Gartons Lane Off Licence, 212 Cartons Lane, Clockface, St. Helens, WA9 4RA Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is: The inside of the premises differed from the approved plans in that it has been extended by 19m2. The existing authorised hours for the sale of alcohol are to be altered. The existing opening hours are to be varied to suit hours of selling alcohol. The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m.

Any representations must be made in writing or email to the Licensing Manager, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF (or by email to generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk) By 18/12/17.
