LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A REMISES LICENCE
We James Dean Events Ltd hereby make application for a Premise Licence in respect of essex Sausage & Cider Festival at Barleylands Farm. The proposed licensable activity is: Provision of Live Music, Recorded Music, Supply of Alcohol by retail 11.00 - 23.00, Provision of Late Night Refreshment 22.00-02.00 to be an ongoing licence for the last weekend of May every year. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent to:- The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin’s Square, Basildon, Essex. SS14 1 A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council’s office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000.00).
