NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS 10.83/2/1 KIRKBY IN CLEVELAND ORDER 2017 NO 458 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any pedestrian from using the public footpath 10.83/2/1 in Kirkby in Cleveland in the district of Hambleton between grid reference NZ53920585 and NZ54100591 for a temporary period of six months between 18 December 2017 and 18 June 2018 to allow re-development of the redundant farmyard to Kirkby House Farm. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs.
