WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Footpath HW-552 and Footpath HW-555 (part), Hallow)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017
Order made: to close Footpath HW-552, Hallow for its entire length and part of Footpath HW-555 from between its junction with Footpath HW-552 and OS grid reference SO8279 5860. The Order is being made to facilitate new residential housing development works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. Alternative route will be indicated on the ground. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 1 December 2017.

Worcestershire County Council (Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Restriction of Waiting on Court Road, Malvern] On 23 November 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to restrict waiting 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Saturday on the following length and side of road in Malvern:- CourtRoad (south side) from a point 98 metres east of its junction with Christ Church Road for a distance of 25 metres in an easterly direction.The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.The Order will come into operation on 7 December 2017. A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Malvern Hills District Council, Malvern Library, Graham Road, Malvern, Worcs., WR14 2HU, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
