Notice of Temporary Traffic Order Middle Aston, Middle Aston Road Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 27 November 2017 Coming into force: 6 December 2017 This Order is being introduced because of water mains works which are anticipated to take until the 24 January 2018 to complete. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the whole length of Middle Aston Road. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road.

The alternative route for traffic is via:

* Anti-clockwise: Somerton Road - A4260 Oxford Road - Street from A4260 Oxford Rd to Middle Aston Lane (via MiddleAston) - Middle Aston Lane.
* Clockwise: MiddleAston Lane - Fir Lane - North Side -Fenway-A4260 Oxford Road - Somerton Road.

This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
