Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the C1152 from the B4220 to Redcastle Farm, Bosbury, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: C1152 from the B4220 to Redcastle Farm outside Redcastle Farm OS Grid Ref: 367006 / 243726. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the B4214 onto the C1154 onto the C1152 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to the repair of a burst water service and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 18th December 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
