OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(RADLEY PARISH (SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 20**
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the order, for road safety reasons is to introduce a 40mph speed limit in place of the current national speed limit on the Kennington Road between Kennington and Radley villages. The Oxfordshire County Council (Radley Parish) (Restricted Roads) Order 2000 is hereby revoked/ replaced.
Documents giving more details of the proposals are available for public inspection online by visiting: https:Hconsultations.oxfordshire.gov.uk, or in person at County Hall, New Road, Oxford, OX 1 1ND from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and at Kennington Library, Village Hall, Kennington Road, OX 1 5PG, from 2pm to 5.30pm Monday, 10am to 12.30pm Wednesday, 2pm to 7pm Friday, and from 10am to 1pm Saturday. Objections to the proposals and other representations specifying the grounds on which they are made may be sent in writing to the address below (or via the web address above) by no later than 05 January 2017. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
