Herefordshire Council Notice of Continuation
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH MR35, MARDEN (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2017 temporarily closing Public Footpath MR35 at OS Grid Reference SO 5499, 4733. The closure is required due to a damaged footbridge. There is no alternative route. Queries may be directed to Balfour Beatty Rights of Way tel: 01432 349512. A copy of the order and plan may be seen on the Council’s website on www.herefordshire.gov.uk  The Order continues in force from 2 December 2017 for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
