NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 27 November 2017 Oxfordshire County Council made the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.These variation Orders (which amend their respective base orders) and which come into force on 4 December 2017 have the following effects:

a) Provide additional Disabled Persons Parking Places (DPPPs) and remove those no longer needed in South Oxfordshire, and the Vale ofWhite Horse District as shown in the table below;
b) Remove a permit holders parking bay in Collins Street, Oxford to allow off-street access to new development.
c) Exclude the following properties from eligibility for residents and visitors parking permits to fulfil planning conditions in:- East Oxford - Kazbar Apartment (25 - 27 Cowley Road); Cutteslowe 79 Harefields; Headington Central 2 Stile Road, The Depot 2 Windmill Road (Units 1 to 6 inclusive), 1st Floor 114 London Road; Jericho; 56A 76A 82A 83A 86 87 & 88 Castle Mill HouseJuxon Street, 56 Wellington Street; Marston South 112 Ferry Road (correction from 112 Ferry Lane);
d) Correct the following to allow 1 resident permit plus visitors permits in Headington Central 3 Woodman Villas, New High Street.

Documents giving more particulars of the orders are available for public inspection at www.oxfordshire.gov.uk County Hall, New Road, Oxford OXI IND from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday; South Oxfordshire and Vale ofWhite Horse District Council, I35 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton, OXI4 4SB from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4.30pm Friday; and at Abingdon, Berinsfield, Cowley Henley, Sonning Common, and Thame libraries during normal opening hours. If you wish to question the validity of any of the orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from xx.
