Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, intends to make the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH BKB2, BROCKHAMPTON (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2017 which will temporarily close the said footpath at OS Grid Reference SO 6964, 5612. The closure is required while repairs to the bridge are carried out. There is no alternative route. Queries on this proposal may be directed to Balfour Beatty Rights of Way tel: 01432 349512. A copy of the order and plan may be seen on the Council's website on www.herefordshire.gov.uk. The Order is intended to come into operation on 11 December 2017 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
