Order made: to close that part of Mayfield Road, Worcester from its junction with B4550 Astwood Road to its junction with Church Road in order to facilitate works for the installation of a dropped crossing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Mayfield Road, Green Lane, B4550 Astwood Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 30 November 2017.

(City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Revocation of Limited Waiting and Limited Waiting Except for Permit Holders on Barbourne Terrace, Worcester]

On 16 November 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to replace limited waiting 45 minutes, no return within 2 hours Monday - Saturday 8.00am - 6.30pm with limited waiting 45 minutes, no return within 2 hours Monday - Saturday 8.00am - 6.30pm except for permit holders on the following lengths and sides ofroads in Worcester: Barbourne Terrace (north side) from a point 30 metres west of its junction With Barbourne Road for a distance of 18 metres in a westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 7 December 2017. A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Courtwithin 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

Worcestershire County Council (Various Roads) Martley, Martley Hillside and Ankerdine Hill (30 Mph Speed Limit and 40mph Speed Limit) (Consolidation) Order 2017

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making Orders the effect of which will be to update and consolidate the 40 mph speed limit on the following lengths of roads:- Martley Hillside: B4197 from a point 52 metres south of its junction with C2243 Horn Lane in southerly direction to a point 181 metres north of its junction with B4204. Martley: B4197 from a point 100 metres south west of its junction with UC64628 Jury Lane in a southerly direction to a point 68m north of its junction with footpath MT-682 UC64619 Kingswood Lane for its entire length. Berrow Green to Knightwick (Ankerdine Hill): B4197 from its junction with A44 to a point 110 metres south of its junctionwith UC64618 Horsham Lane.And further to update and consolidate the following 30 mph limits: Martley Hillside: B4197 from a point 52 metres south ofits junction with C2243 Horn Lane to a point 192m north of bridleway MT-511. C2243 Horn Lane from its junction with B4197 for a distance of 209 metres in a north easterly direction. UC64607 Pudford Lane - from its junction with B4197 for a distance of 60 metres in a westerly direction. Martley: B4197 from a point 100 metres south west of its junction with UC64628 Jury Lane in a north easterly then northerly direction to a point 181 metres north of its junction with B4204. B4204 from a point187 metres eastofits junction with UC6408 (Bailers Lane) in a westerlydirection to a point79 metres north west of its junction with B4197. C2252 Hopehouse Lane from its junction with B4204 in a southerly then south easterly direction to a point 41 metres south east of its junction with UC64617 (Lower Hollins Lane). UC64617 Lower HollinsLane from its junction with C2252 (Hopehouse Lane) in a westerlydirection to a point88 metres south west of its junction with UC64620 (St Peters Drive). UC64620 St Peters Drive for its entire length. UC64621 Nash Close for its entire length. UC64623 MortlakeDrive for its entire length. UC64624 Vernon Close for its entire length. UC64625 Sandpits Close for its entire length. UC64627 St Peters Drive (second section) for its entire length. UC64628 Jury Lane for its entire length. UC64630 Hastings Close for its entire length. Berrow Green: B4197 from a point 68m north of its junction with footpath MT-682 southwards to a point 110m south of UC64618 (Horsham).There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles. Order made: to close that part of C2298 Bransford Road, Rushwick from its junction with A4103 Bransford to its
junction with A4440Grove Way in order to facilitate drainage works byBell Contracting Ltd. Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A4103 Bransford, A4440 Grove Wayand vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 14 daysCommencing: 4 December 2017.

Order made: to close that part of C2228 Pard House Lane, Shelsley Beauchamp from its junction with B4203 Stanford Bridge to its junction with C2229 Shelsley Beauchamp in order to facilitate carriageway works by WCC. Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2228 Shelsley Beauchamp, C2026 Shelsley Walsh, C2026 Stanford Bridge, B4203 Stanford Bridge and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 4 December 2017.

Order made: to close that part of C2115 Stonebow Road, Drakes Broughton from its junction with U47629 Shrubbery Road to its junction with C2222 Walcot Lane in order to facilitate Western Power works. Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A44 Evesham Road to Egdon &Stonebow Road, B4084 Egdon Lane, B4084 Windmill Hill, B4084 Worcester Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effectofwhich will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in Worcester: Lowell Street (east side) from its junction with Southfield Street and Westbury Street for a distance of 11.9 metres in a north westerly direction; (west side) from its junction with Southfield Street and Westbury Street for a distance of12 metres in a north westerly direction. Revoke restriction of waiting Monday - Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm (east side) from a point 4.8 metres north west of its junction with Southfield Street and Westbury Street for a distance of 7.1 metres in a northerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting bydisabled persons' vehicles.
