NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to the Charities Act 2011, section 121 (2) (a), that Darlington Borough Council acting as trustee of the charity land proposes to dispose of the land. The land in question is North Cemetery House, Darlington and the proposed disposal is by way of an auction sale of a long leasehold interest.
