PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003

To whom it may concern: I/We, Timothy Taylor, do hereby give notice that I/we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Craven District Council for the variation of our Premises Licence at The Devonshire Hotel Main Street Grassington Skipton North Yorkshire BD23 5AA and known as The Devonshire Hotel The application is to: - Extend the terminal hours for sale of alcohol and general closing the premises to match the hours already granted for regulated entertainment - To extend the start time for the sales of alcohol to reflect the lunchtime food serving times - To allow children to dine with their guardians until 22:00 in the designated dining areas - To alter the maximum occupancy of the premises to 200, to reflect the number of covers and bedroom occupancy Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Team, Craven District Council, 1 Belle Vue Square, Skipton, BD23 1FJ not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
