NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 BROMSGROVE DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2017 (BRIDLEWAY NO. AV-528(C) (Part)) ASH LANE, BROMSGROVE
On 23rd November 2017 Bromsgrove District Council confirmed the above order.
The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert the public bridleway known as Bridleway No. AV-528(C) (Part).
Description of Existing Footpath No. AV-528(C) to be Diverted (as shown on Drawing No. P2112/16A)
The section of Footpath No. AV-528(C), for its full width, commencing at Point A (OSGB 403296, 274702) on the southern side of Ash Lane, opposite Redwood House, and running generally in a southeasterly direction for approximately 278 metres, terminating at Point B (OSGB 403436, 274463), where it meets with Footpaths Nos. AV-529(C), AV-530(C) and AV-531(C).

Description of Proposed Diverted Route
of Footpath No. AV-528(C) (as shown on Drawing No. P2112/16A)
Proposed Footpath commencing at Point A (OSGB 403296, 274702) on the southern side of Ash Lane, opposite Redwood House, and then running generally in a south-westerly direction for approximately 8 metres to Point C (OSGB 403292, 274695), and then running generally in a south, south-easterly direction for approximately 151 metres to Point D (OSGB 403332, 274550), and then running generally in a south-easterly direction for approximately 23 metres to Point E (OSGB 403343, 274530), and then running generally in a south-westerly direction for approximately 18 metres to Point F (OSGB 403331, 274516), and then running generally in a south, south-easterly direction for approximately 74 metres to Point G (OSGB 403346, 274443), where it meets with Footpath No. AV-531(C). The full diverted route to be a width of 2 metres.
A copy of the Order and map may be seen or obtained free of charge at the Reception, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcestershire between the hours of 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. This order comes into force on the date on which Bromsgrove District Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the order have been complied with. If any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
