NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
The County of Herefordshire District Council ("the council") in exercise of its powers under section 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 (herein after referred to as "the Act"), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the chief officer of police in accordance with part III of schedule 9 to the act hereby propose to make the following Orders:-THE COUNTY OF HEREFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL (CITY LINK ROAD, HEREFORD) PROHIBITION OF RIGHT HAND TURN ORDER 2017, the effect of which will be:

1. To introduce the following restrictions on the City Link Road:
a. No right hand turn

i. Northwards on the westbound carriageway of the City Link Road to make a right hand turn on to Edgar Street.
ii. Southwards on the eastbound carriageway of the City Link Road to make a right hand turn on to Widemarsh Street.
iii.South-eastwards on the eastbound carriageway of the City Link Road to make a right hand turn into Morrison Supermarket.
iv. South-westwards on the northbound carriageway of the Morrison supermarket car park to make a right hand turn into the City Link Road.

THE COUNTY OF HEREFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL (CITY LINK ROAD, HEREFORD) PROHIBITION OF WAITING ORDER 2017, the effect of which will be:
1. To introduce the following restrictions on the City Link Road:

b. No waiting at any time

i. The North Side for its entire length.
ii. The South Side for its entire length.

THE COUNTY OF HEREFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL (WIDEMARSH STREET, HEREFORD) PROHIBITION OF RIGHT HAND TURN ORDER 2017, the effect of which will be:
1. To introduce the following restrictions in Widemarsh Street:

c. No right hand turn

i. Prohibition of right hand turn from Widemarsh Street on to the City Link Road

THE COUNTY OF HEREFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL (WIDEMARSH STREET, HEREFORD) PROHIBITION OF WAITING ORDER 2017, the effect of which will be:
1. To introduce the following restrictions in Widemarsh Street:
d. No waiting at any time

i. On the east side of Widemarsh Street from a point 10m west of its junction with the B4539 Newtown Road up to a point 80m southwest of its junction with the City Link Road.
ii. On the west side of Widemarsh Street from a point 10m west of its junction with the B4539 Newtown Road up to a point 80m southwest of its junction with the City Link Road.

e. No waiting (8am-6.30pm)

i. From a point on Widemarsh Street 80m southwest of its junction with the City Link Road to a point 117m southwest of its junction with the City Link Road.

THE COUNTY OF HEREFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL (STATION APPROACH, HEREFORD) PROHIBITION OF WAITING ORDER 2017, the effect of which will be:
1. To introduce the following restrictions on Station Approach:

f. No waiting at anytime

i. The North Side for its entire length.
ii. The South Side for its entire length.

THE COUNTY OF HEREFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL (BARRS COURT ROAD, HEREFORD) PROHIBITION OF RIGHT HAND TURN ORDER 2017, the effect of which will be:

1. To introduce the following restrictions on Barrs Court Road:

g. No right hand turn

i. South-westwards on the south-eastbound carriageway of Barrs Court Road to make a right hand turn on to Aylestone Hill

THE COUNTY OF HEREFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL (HOPTON ROAD, HEREFORD) ONE-WAY TRAFFIC ORDER 2017, the effect of which will be: 1. To introduce the following restrictions on Hopton Road:
a. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Hopton Road from its junction with Penn Grove Road to its junction with Barrs Court Road, other than in a south-westerly direction.

They can also be viewed on the Councils website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk/consultations. Photocopies of the said documents may be provided on payment of the photocopying charges of the Council. Any representations received by the Council may be imparted to third parties.
