Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the A4113 from The First to High Street, Leintwardine, Temporary Closure Order 2017
to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: A4113 from The First to High Street between the junctions of the B4385 and the A4113 OS Grid Ref: 340489 / 274949. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the A4110 South to Monkland, onto the A44 to Ludlow Road, onto the A49 to Ludlow, onto the A4113 Bromfield Road and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to the safe access to clear a blockage in the existing sewer and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 21st November 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 2 days.
