Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the U94213 Hamnish Road, Leominster, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to
temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: U94213 Hamnish Road outside Hamnish Court OS Grid Ref: 353481 / 259374. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the U94202 Bache Lane onto the C1055 onto Hamnish Road and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to the installation of a Pressure Relief Valve and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 4th December 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
