Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the C1110 Risbury Mill to Pencombe, Risbury, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: C1110 Risbury Mill to Pencombe outside Risbury Methodist Church OS Grid Ref: 355102 / 254962. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1113 onto the A417 onto the C1114 onto the C1110 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to the installation of a new water connection and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 7th December 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 2 days.
