ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
ST PAULS ROAD MANNINGHAM BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 778) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable water works proposed to be executed on or near St Pauls Road, Manningham intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of St Pauls Road, Manningham from a point outside No 2 St Pauls Road to a point outside No 6 St Pauls Road. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via St Pauls Road (unaffected section), Bertram Road, Oak Lane, Manningham Lane and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 4th December 2017 and remain in force until 8th December 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 23rd day of November 2017
