Scottish Ministers have appointed Ms Frances

McChlery BA (Hons) LLB LARTPI to hold a public local

inquiry and to report with respect to objections to the

above Order.

The inquiry will be held in public and will commence at 10:00am on Tuesday

05 December 2017 within the Blythswood Hall of the Community Central Hall, 292-316 Maryhill Road, Glasgow, G20 7YE. If necessary the inquiry will continue on successive days until concluded but is currently expected to last for 4 days. You may wish to note that this venue has disabled access. Four weeks prior to the start of the inquiry, copies of the majority of inquiry papers will be available for inspection by interested parties at the offices of Scottish Canals, Canal House, Applecross Street, Glasgow, G2 9SP during normal office hours.
