NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925. The Trustees hereby gives notice that the Scheme is being wound up. Any person not currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme who believes that they have an entitlement to benefits from the Scheme and who has not received a letter from the Trustee dated 6 November 2017 should write to: Mark Burdett, Capita Employee Benefits, 2 Cutlers Gate, Sheffield S4 7TL giving details of their claim to benefits under the Scheme and enclosing a copy of any documentation that supports their claim. This should include their date of birth and national insurance number. Any claim must be registered within two months of the date of this publication. The Capita address is the primary communication address. The contact details for the trustees are: Vince O’Brien, Drayton Hall, Church Road, West Drayton, Middlesex UB7 7PS. No person making a claim after two months of the date of this publication who is not presently known by the Trustee to be a beneficiary of the Scheme shall be entitled to benefit from the Scheme.
