I give notice that Mayfield Watford Ltd is applying to Watford Borough Council for planning permission for a 253 unit residential care community (C2 planning use class) for people above 55 years of age and with communal facilities including health club, swimming pool, café/restaurant and a multi-purpose village hall with associated landscaping, amenity space, access and parking and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
