SOUTH LAKELAND DISTRICT COUNCIL TOWN POLICE CLAUSES ACT 1847 THE DIVERSION OF TRAFFIC, KIRKBY LONSDALE (CHRISTMAS FAIR) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to facilitate the Kirkby Lonsdale Christmas Fair the South Lakeland District Council has made the under-mentioned Order THE DISTRICT COUNCIL of SOUTH LAKELAND in the County of Cumbria under and by virtue of the powers contained in Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 DO HEREBY ORDER THAT:-

Those streets in Kirkby Lonsdale specified in the Schedule hereto shall be closed to all vehicles save those vehicles involved in the Christmas Fair and emergency vehicles during the period 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 30 November 2017 to 7.00 p.m. on Sunday 3 December 2017.

THIS ORDER may be cited as "The Diversion of Traffic, Kirkby Lonsdale (Christmas Fair) Order 2017" SCHEDULE
