LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE
We Northern Ventures Group Ltd of 18A Ormskirk Street, St Helens, Merseyside,WA1 0BJ, hereby give notice that we have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as The Secret Garden, 18A Ormskirk Street, St Helens, Merseyside WA1 0BJ as follows:-

Provision of Regulated Entertainment in the form of (A)Plays, (B)Films, (E)Live Music, (F)Recorded Music, together with (M) the sale of alcohol for Consumption on and off the premises only(I) the provision of Late Night Refreshment between the hours of 09:00 and 01:00, Monday to Thursday and 09:00 and 01:30 Friday and Saturday. The premises ordinary opening hours are proposed to be 09:00 until 01:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 02:00 Friday and Saturday. The premises seek to open for an additional hour until 03:00 on Fridays and Saturdays and until 02:30 on Sundays to Thursdays that that are adjacent to Bank or Public Holidays and on Bank and Public Holidays, with further additional hours on New Years Eve/ New Years Day Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing and Land Charges Manager, Licensing and Land Charges Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF, or by emailing generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk  by not later than close of business on the 18th of December 2017.
