NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Ego Restaurants Limited in respect of premises known as Ego Restaurant located at Units I and 2 Church Farm Shopping Centre, 25 Walton Road, Stockton Heath, Warrington, Cheshire WA4 6NJ to Warrington Borough Council on 16 November 2017 for the variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is:

1. To permit the supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment from 09:00 to 00:00 on Mondays to Sundays.
2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 on Mondays to Sundays.
3.To amend the conditions, limitations or restrictions attached to the licence.
4.The provision of additional licensable activities.
5. To provide licensable activities on specific occasions.

Full details of the variation are contained within the application form held by the Warrington Borough Council at Licensing Section, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WAI 2NH where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority's normal opening hours. Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writ­ing to The Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 14 December 2017, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
