NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
THE HERTSMERE BOROUGH COUNCIL (ELDON AVENUE, BOREHAMWOOD) (PERMIT HOLDER PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2016 (AMENDMENT NO. 2) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertsmere Borough Council, (pursuant to arrangements made with Hertfordshire County Council) proposes to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce parking changes in Eldon Avenue, Borehamwood.
The general effect of the order will be to alter parking places which were to be implemented in accordance with the schedules of a previous Order made in 2016. The new footway parking bay which was due to be implemented as stipulated in the 2016 Traffic Order is to be relocated. Echelon parking bays which were to be implemented outside Hillary House will now run parallel to the kerb.
Documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals may be inspected from 16th November 2017during normal office hours at Central Reception, Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood WD6 1WA, or viewed at www.hertsmere.gov.uk

Objections to the proposals should be made in writing to: Planning and Building Control Unit, Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1WA by 8th December 2017, stating the grounds on which they are made. Letters of support will also be received during this time.
