APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Metropolitan Borough of Bury have applied on 8/11/17 to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence for Radcliffe Market Hall, Blackburn Street, Radcliffe, M26 1PN to allow the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours: 23.00 to 01.00 on the 9th /10th December 2017 and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: - Playing of recorded sound between the following hours: 23.00 to 01.00 also on the 9th / 10th December 2017.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Monday to Friday.
