Notice is hereby given that Shefa Foods Ltd have applied on 16th November 2017 to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Shefa Foods, 49-53 Bury New Road, Prestwich, M25 9JY, to allow the sale and supply of alcohol between the following hours: Sunday to Friday, 07:30am to 10:00pm.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
