ADMIRALS ROAD (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING & FOOTWAY CLOSURE) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017

WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.


ADMIRALS ROAD (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING & FOOTWAY CLOSURE) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017

The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving and footway closure on Admirals Road from its junction with Ordnance Avenue to its junction with Curlew Grove. The Order will be effective from Monday 4th December 2017 for 1 week between the hours of 9:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Ordnance Avenue, Admirals Road and vice versa. The restrictions are required to undertake highway improvement works involving carriageway surfacing. BARBAULD STREET (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND SUSPENSIONS) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which will be as follows:

Temporary Prohibition of Driving
Barbauld Street - From a distance of approximately 38 metres north of its junction with Rylands Street in a northerly direction to the end of the street.

Temporary Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2016, in so far as it relates to the following: -Schedule 58 (Loading and Unloading Only Bays, Any Time) and the following section of carriageway: -

All that part of the east kerb line of Barbauld Street which is bounded on the east by so much of that highway as extends from a point 56 metres north of its junction with Rylands Street for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction and which has a width throughout of 2.7 metres.


Schedule 62 (Loading and Unloading Only Bays Between 5:00am to 9:00pm Every Day) and the following section of carriageway: -

All that part of the east kerb line of Barbauld Street which is bounded on the east by so much of that highway as extends from a point 29 metres north of its junction with Rylands Street for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction and which has a width throughout of 2.7 metres.

Schedule 71 (Disabled Persons Parking Places, 8:00am to 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday)
and the following section of carriageway: -

All that part of the western kerb line of Barbauld Street which is bounded on the west by so much of the edge of the carriageway of that highway as extends from a point 42.9 metres north of its junction with Rylands Street in a northerly direction for a distance of 28.3 metres, all measured along the said road and which has a width throughout of 2.7 metres.

Temporary Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 10) Order 2017,
in so far as it relates to the additional Schedule 85 (Hackney Carriage Stand Clearway) and the following section of carriageway: -

Barbauld Street
- Part of the stand on the east side between Rylands Street and Patten Lane. The Order will be effective from Monday 20th November 2017 for 38 weeks when signed on site. The restrictions are required to allow for the demolition of the buildings associated with the Cabinetworks.

EUROPA BOULEVARD AND CROMWELL AVENUE. WESTBROOK (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017

The effect of which is:-
Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway
Europa Boulevard - From the junction at McDonalds/Next/Boots at its western end to its eastern end adjacent to Europa Trade Park: Gemini, and to Cromwell Avenue
Cromwell Avenue - From Callands Road to Callands Road The Order will be effective from Monday 20th November 2017 for 10 weeks between the hours of 7pm - 5am when signed on site. The alternative routes will be:
Europa Boulevard via Cromwell Avenue, Westbrook Way, Europa Boulevard and vice versa.
Cromwell Avenue via Westbrook Crescent, Europa Boulevard and vice versa. The restrictions and closures are required to undertake carriageway surfacing works. DATED: 16th November 2017 Ref: HIGH/1795

VARIOUS ROADS IN POPLAR AND HULME (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which is:-
Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway Buttermere Avenue - Its entire length Ullswater Avenue - Its entire length Windermere Avenue - Its entire length
The Order will be effective from Monday 20th November 2017 for 4 weeks between the hours of 8:30am - 5:30pm when the signed on site. The alternative routes are:
Buttermere Avenue - Via Windermere Avenue and vice versa or Via Windermere Avenue,
Poplars Avenue and vice versa
Ullswater Avenue - Via Buttermere Avenue and vice versa
Windermere Avenue - Via Poplars Avenue and vice versa The restrictions are required to undertake footway and carriageway surfacing. DATED 16th November 2017 Ref: HIGH/1797

ACCESS WILL BE UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE RELEVANT CONTRACTOR FOR THE
DURATION OF THE WORKS.
THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (LINGLEY GREEN AVENUE) (PROHIBITION OF U-TURN) ORDER 2017

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all motor vehicles proceeding along the access road exiting the Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub from making a U-turn at its junction with Lingley Green Avenue, so as to proceed in the opposite direction along the access road to enter the Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub.
Details of the proposals are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the restricted area and a Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday. All representations both in support or objecting to the proposal must be in writing either by post to Rebecca Lee of Legal Services or delivered by hand to the address above by 7th December 2017 and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
