Notice is hereby given that Metropolitan Borough of Bury have applied on 8/11/17 to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence for Radcliffe Market Hall Blackburn St Radcliffe M26 1PN to allow the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours: 23.00 -1.00 on 9th December 2017 and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: Music, Dancing, Playing of recorded sound, between the following hours: (provide days and operating hours to include bank holidays)

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application.
