LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Market Town Taverns Limited to the Licensing Authority of City of York Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Brigantes Bar & Brasserie at 114-116 Micklegate, York, YO1 6JX. The application includes the following terms: 1.To extend the terminal hour of

licensable activities to midnight daily with the premises closing to

the public 30 minutes thereafter 2.To delete annex 2 prevention of crime and disorder conditions 17

and 23 as further particularised in the application. 3.To replace annex

2 prevention of crime and disorder conditions 8, 9 and 16 and public nuisance condition 12 as further particularised in the application. Full

other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and

including 13th December 2017
