Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the U67418 Kynaston Lane, Rushall Temporary Closure Order 2017 to

temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles between Little Hill, Wall House and Hill End OS Grid Ref: 363659 / 235669. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1294 onto Kynaston Lane and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to the installation of a service chamber and associated ducts for new connections and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 11th December 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 9 days.
