Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the C1121 from Bodenham Manor to Milcroft Road, Hereford, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: C1121 from Bodenham Manor to Milcroft Road outside Pump Cottage OS Grid Ref: 353122 / 251148. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the A417 onto the A49 onto Milcroft Road and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to the installation of a new domestic gas connection and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 27th November 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.
