Herefordshire Council Public Notice of Continuation
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH BZ25 (PART), BOSBURY (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2014 which temporarily closes Public Footpath BZ25, from OS Grid Reference SO 677, 423, to SO 675, 419 because of the likelihood of danger to the public caused by an unsafe footbridge. There is no alternative route.
The Order continues in force from 16 November 2017 for a period not exceeding 12 months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
