Proposed development at the Former Carless Oil Terminal, Erskine Ferry Road, Old Kilpatrick. Malin Group Properties Ltd intends to submit a planning application to West Dunbartonshire Council for development of a marine fabrication complex. A public exhibition outlining the potential extent and type of development for the site will be held at Napier Hall, Dumbarton Road, Old Kilpatrick, G60 5JH on Monday 27th November between 2pm and 7pm where representatives will be available to discuss the site, emerging proposals and respond to any queries or comments. Comments can be left at the event or by email/postal return (contact details above) by Friday 15th December. Comments submitted at this stage are not representations to the Council but will be considered by PBA in the preparation of the planning application.
If a planning application is subsequently submitted to West Dunbartonshire Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken and formal representations regarding the proposal can be made at that time.
