(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Nuffield Close, Worcester]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in

Worcester:

Nuffield Close (south side) from a point 37 metres west of its junction with Comer Gardens for a distance of 40 metres in a westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons'

vehicles.

A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement

of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected atWorcester CityCouncil, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester,

WR1 3PB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/

representations you may have must be sent in

(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Weir Lane, Worcester]

On 26 October 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in Worcester:

Weir Lane (south side) from a point 77 metres east of

its junction with Park Boulevard for a distance of

31 metres in an easterly direction; (north side) from a point 100 metres east of its junction with Park Boulevard for adistance of 7 metres in an easterly direction; (both sides) from its eastern most junction with itself for a distance of 20 metres in a southerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order

(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain

exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons'

vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on

16 November 2017.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at

Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB and

County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP

during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the

Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (C2115 Stonebow Road, Drakes Broughton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2115 Stonebow Road, Drakes Broughton from its junction with U47629 Shrubbery Road to its junction with C2222 Walcot Lane in orderto facilitate Western Power works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Closure) Order 2017

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2298 Bransford Road, Rushwickfrom itsjunction with A4103 Bransford to its junction with A4440 Grove Way in order to facilitate drainage works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A4103 Bransford, A4440 Grove Way and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 14 days Commencing: 4 December 2017.

(C2228 Pard House Lane, Shelsley Beauchamp) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2228 Pard

House Lane, Shelsley Beauchamp from itsjunction with

B4203 Stanford Bridge to its junction with C2229 Shelsley Beauchamp in order to facilitate carriageway works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2228 Shelsley Beauchamp, C2026

Shelsley Walsh, C2026 Stanford Bridge, B4203 Stanford Bridge and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 4 December 2017.

(C2158 Netherwood Lane, Crowle)(Temporary

Closure) Order 2017

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2158

Netherwood Lane, Crowle from itsjunction with C2158 Church Lane for a distance of 100 metres in a north

easterly direction in order to facilitate rail barrier

maintenance works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2158 Netherwood Lane, C2032 Crowle Road, C2076 Plough Road, C2076 Plough Lane,

C2076 Newland Road to Plough Lane, C2158 Church

Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 night (23:00hrs - 06:00hrs) Commencing:

4 December 2017.

Proposed Order: to close that part of Mayfield Road, Worcester from itsjunction with B4550 Astwood Road

to its junction with Church Road in order to facilitate

works for the installation of a dropped crossing. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
