Notice is given that I, MOHAMAD ARIF NIAZY, T/A SOUTHEND SQUARE PIZZA have on the [ ] 2017 applied to Southend on Sea Borough Council as the Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence for the SOUTHEND SQUARE PIZZA HOTFOOD TAKEAWAY AND DELIVERY of GROUND FLOOR SHOP, 117 SUTTON ROAD, SOUTHEND-ON-SEA SS2 5PB, FOR A LICENCE TO EXTEND THE SHOP OPENING TIMES ON MONDAYS TO THURSDAYS, AND SUNDAYS FROM 11.30AM TO 01.00AM AND FRIDAYS TO SATURDAYS FROM 11.30AM TO 01.30AM. Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to: Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea SS2 6ER Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by [ 2017].
