Application to (vary a / for a new) Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate

To whom it may concern, take note that I, Polish Taste Oxford, give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of 21 Stert Street, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 3JF and that I have applied for the conditions of the licence in respect of Sale of Alcohol to be consumed off licence

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton park, Abingdon OX14 4SB before 12/12/2017 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summaryconviction.
