Take Notice that on the 15th December 2017 a meeting of the Members of The Crown Centre will take place at The Crown Centre at 11 o'clock at which the following resolution will be put:-
"After careful review of the use of The Crown Centre over the last 5 years and its accounts and considerable discussions to discover any viable alternatives, the members of the Committee reluctantly admit that due to diminishing members and users it is no longer financially able to continue with the service it currently provides. Accordingly, the Committee with deep regret duly resolved to call an Extraordinary General Meeting of The Crown Centre members in accordance with clause 14 of its constitution and to put to its members a resolution to close The Crown Centre on 30th September 2018."
