Marlborough Conservative Club is applying for the variation to a Premises Licence and Club Certificate for Marlborough Conservative Club, 116 High Street, Marlborough, SN8 1LZ

The variation is as follows:

? Amend the plan attached to both licences, to also include the outside area to the side of the building within the licensed area.

The application can be viewed by prior appointment.

It is an offence under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
