Notice is given that McDonald's Restaurants Limited has applied to Cherwell District Council on 10th November 2017 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Baynards Green, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX27 7SG, for provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays. Any person who wishes to

make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in

being the prevention of crime and disorder public safety the prevention of public nuisance and the protection

of children from harm.
