TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL MOTOR VEHICLES
UNCLASSIFIED ROAD TO SOUTH OF MARSKE BECK, HELWITH ORDER 2017 NO 440 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any motor vehicle from using the unclassified road which leads southwards from the junction immediately to the south of Marske Beck at Helwith. The Prohibition will apply from this junction southwards to 'Munn End Gate' an approximate distance of 770 metres (subject to access to premises or land adjacent to the road for activities in connection with agriculture, land management or shooting) between 6th December 2017 and 5th June 2019.
The Prohibition is being introduced so as to protect the public from danger and to protect the road from further damage.
The period of Prohibition will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs.
