(BRIDLEWAY NO 56 LITTLE LUMLEY PARISH, MORTON HOUSE FENCEHOUSES) (TEMPORARY BRIDLEWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2017
The Council proposes in not less than 7 days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, to prohibit all public access over a 480 metre length of Bridleway No 56 Little Lumley Parish that extends southwards from its junction with A1052 adjacent to Morton Grange Terrace, Fencehouses by reason of new sewer installation works to be undertaken. The maximum duration of the temporary closure under the Order is 6 months and is required from 27/11/17 for the duration of the works anticipated to be 4 weeks. However, on rare occasions, alternative dates for the closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly. Alternative route for prohibited traffic from the northern side of the closure from A1052 Woodstone Village, south easterly along Station Terrace to Fencehouses, turning south westerly along Britannia Terrace and continuing onNewbottle Lane and westerlyonBlackBoy Roadto the southern side of the closure, and vice versa.
