RELATING TO GRANGE VALE, SUTTON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton proposes to make the Order mentioned below under sections 6 and 124 of, and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The general effect of The Sutton (Traffic Restriction) (Width Restriction) (Grange Vale) (No. *) Order 201* is to introduce a width restriction of 2 metres (6 feet 6 inches) to prevent all but cars, two wheelers and light good vehicles from using Grange Vale, Sutton in advance of the railway bridge.
A copy of the proposed Orders, of the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders (and of the Orders that would be revoked or amended by the proposed Orders) and plans showing the locations and the effects of the proposals may be inspected at the Council's Civic Offices at St. Nicholas Way, Sutton and at the Environment and Regeneration Offices at 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively, a copy of this statutory public notice of proposals and a copies of the plans can be viewed by visiting our web site www.sutton.gov.uk/trafficpublicnotices under "view our Permanent Traffic Order Consultations" under "Notices of Proposals" Reference TR1047 If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send a statement in writing, including the grounds for your objection and quoting the Reference TR1047 to Technical Operations

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH (PROW No. 105)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Sutton hereby gives notice that in order to facilitate exposure of underground electric cables, it made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily close the footpath public right of way No. 105 running between Bernard Road and Manor Road, Wallington.
2. The Closure of that path will come into effect on Friday 17 November 2017, with works expected to take 10 days to complete. However, the Order will remain in force for 6 months to be re-introduced should further works be required.
3. A diversion route for pedestrians will be via Manor Road, Wallington, Queens Road, Parkgate Road and vice versa
4. The prohibitions specified above apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffice signs prescribed by the Traffice Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016
