Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence Name of applicant: Co-operative Group Food Limited. Address of Premises: Co-op Lateshop, 3-4 Market Place, Helmsley, York, YO62 5BH. The premises currently has the benefit of a Premises Licence, number LN/20050599. The purpose of the application is due to an extension of the store which will result in the increase of the licensed area. The extension will change the layout of the store in respect of some shelving, units and tills. Conditions will apply. In all other respects the licence remains the same. Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so by Thursday 30th November 2017. A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and the register may be inspected during normal office hours but by appointment only.
