Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence
Name of applicant: Co-operative Group Food Ltd. Address of Premises: Co-op, 46 Broadway, York, YO10 4JX The premises currently has the benefit of a Premises Licence, number CYC-009521. The purpose of the application is due to a refit of the store and changes to the Back of House which will result in an increase of the licensed area. The refit will change the layout of the store in respect of some shelves, units and tills. In all other respects the licence remains the same. Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so by Thursday 30 November 2017. A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and the register may be inspected during normal office hours but by appointment only.
